Twaive is a contact and life events management application that helps users track birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

To use Twaive, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Twaive (contacts, events, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and must have all necessary rights to upload it. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of your content.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Free and Paid Plans

Twaive offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months, except as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Twaive and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Twaive, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWAIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
